Men’s and women’s national hockey teams conduct overseas training.

The men’s national hockey team left for Belgium메이저사이트 on the afternoon of the 15th for overseas training until the 28th.

The men’s national team, led by coach Shin Seok-gyo, prepares for the Asian Champions Trophy to be held in India on the 3rd of next month through this off-season training and prepares for the Asian Games in Hangzhou in September.

In Brussels and Antwerp, Belgium, the men’s national team will have five practice matches against the world’s second-ranked Belgian national team.

Coach Shin Seok-gyo expressed his determination, saying, “I will try various tactics and check what I need to improve while facing Belgium, a world hockey powerhouse. I will try to improve and check my performance through this off-season training.”

Korea will play the first and second games in Brussels, Belgium on the 20th and 21st, and return home after playing the third and fifth games at Olympia Hockey, the home stadium of the professional hockey league in Belgium.

The women’s national hockey team also left for New Zealand on the 14th for field training.

In Auckland, New Zealand, the women’s national team will have two practice matches against the local club team and three practice matches against the world’s ninth-ranked New Zealand national team. 

Coach Han Jin-soo expressed his determination, saying, “I will make sure that I can maintain my constant performance and sense of game in New Zealand so that I can bear fruit in the Asian Games.”

The women’s national team will check their performance through a total of five practice matches, starting with the club team North Harbor on the 18th and ending with the New Zealand national team on the 24th.
